Assistant Professor Sudhir Mahadevan will be hosting the Cine Club session as part of the STG Presents Trader Joe's Silent Movie Mondays: International Silent Films at The Paramount Theatre on Monday, June 24th. He will be introducing the film A Throw of Dice (Prapancha Pash)and leading a discussion afterwards. Sudhir is currently completing a manuscript on the emergence of the cinema in India in the early twentieth century. He received his master's and doctoral degrees in Cinema Studies from New York University. More information is available at the Seattle Theatre Group page.
