Ann Blair is Henry Charles Lea Professor of History at Harvard University. She is the author of Too Much to Know:
Managing Scholarly Information Before the Modern Age (2010) and The Theater of Nature: Jean Bodin and Renaissance
Science (1997), and co-editor (with Anthony Grafton) of The Transmission of Culture in Early Modern Europe (1990).
